This notice provides the information required of online service providers under the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, together with the disclaimers that apply to this website.

The United Kingdom does not require a formal "Impressum" in the German or Austrian sense. This page serves the same purpose: it tells you exactly who you are dealing with and how to reach us.

The address above is our business and correspondence address. It is not a retail premises and is not open to visitors. It is not a returns address — please contact us before returning anything, and we will provide the correct address for your item.

2. Nature of our business

Shuvien is an online retailer selling consumer goods to customers in the United Kingdom.

We operate a dropshipping model. We do not hold stock ourselves. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by third-party suppliers, most of which are located outside the United Kingdom. This is set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which you should read before ordering.

3. Responsibility for content

Shuvien is responsible for the content published on this website, at the address given in Section 1.

Any query, correction request or complaint about the content of this site should be sent to help@shuvienstore.com. We will look into it and respond within one business day.

4. Regulated activities and authorisations

Shuvien sells general consumer goods. Our activities do not require authorisation from a professional or regulatory body, and we are not a member of a regulated profession.

Where any product we sell is subject to specific regulatory requirements, that information appears on the product page.

5. Accuracy of content

We take reasonable care to ensure the information on this site is accurate and up to date at the time of publication. However:

Product images are illustrative. Colours vary between screens, and small variations in finish, packaging or accessories can occur between production batches.
Descriptions, specifications and prices may be updated without notice.
Content is provided for general information. It is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and should not be relied on as such.

We do not warrant that this site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

None of this affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose and as described. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits our liability for breach of those rights, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Shuvien name, logo, site design, layout, text, graphics and photography are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with shopping with us. All other use — including copying, reproduction, republication, redistribution, commercial exploitation, data scraping, and the training of machine learning or artificial intelligence models — requires our prior written permission.

Third-party trade marks, brand names and logos appearing on this site remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, Shuvien.

If you believe content on this site infringes your intellectual property rights, email help@shuvienstore.com with details of the work, where it appears on our site, and your contact details. We take these reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

9. Data protection

How we collect, use and protect personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Shuvien is the data controller. We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 of the UK GDPR. Privacy queries and data rights requests go to help@shuvienstore.com.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact us first at help@shuvienstore.com with "COMPLAINT" in the subject line. We acknowledge within one business day and aim to give a full response within 5 business days.

If we cannot resolve the matter, free and independent advice is available from the Citizens Advice consumer service on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk.

Shuvien is not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme and is not able to refer complaints to a certified ADR body. Your right to bring court proceedings is unaffected.

11. Governing law

This notice, and any dispute arising from it or from your use of this website, is governed by the law of England and Wales, and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. Consumers resident in Scotland may bring proceedings in the Scottish courts, and consumers resident in Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in the Northern Irish courts.
